2.Sleeping adequately: Sleep is an important way to overcome our stress. But sometimes we captivate badly in the mental problem. Which always creates a barrier in the road of our sleep. By thinking too much about our problem it doesn’t give us sound sleep. So, we have to ignore this problem and will sleep on time to keep our mood better and tension-free.

3.Excercise: The advantages of regular exercise are enormous. It can fight our mental stress. People who are exercise regularly can control their health problems as well as mental stress. exercise brings down your body's pressure chemicals such as cortisol. It additionally helps discharge endorphins and can further develop your mindset promptly.

4.Share your problems to close ones: We always try to conceal our problems from others. In addition, we do not express our problems to others.
